Questions, answered.
Everything you need to get started with Brandspace.
What is HSA Brandspace?
A shared home for the HSA Group brand: its foundations, visual identity, applications and controlled creative resources. The core guidance comes from the May 2022 Brand & Style Guide.
Which sections come from the manual?
All 11 original chapters are included. Each chapter contains an overview plus its original pages and extracted text. Digital accessibility, motion, partnerships, the agency guide and the pre-publication checklist are proposed additions awaiting brand-team review.
Who can download resources?
Employees and contracted agencies with explicit approval from the brand administrator. Sign-in verifies identity; it does not grant download permission. Agency access must have an expiry date.
How do I request access?
Open Partner access and sign in with ChatGPT. Submit your organisation, employee or agency relationship, HSA sponsor and project purpose. The brand administrator reviews requests in Brand administration. No request is automatically approved.
Can I redistribute source files?
No. Access is for approved HSA work. Editable source files remain controlled HSA materials; they are not released under an open-source licence. Third-party fonts, photography and music remain subject to their own licences.
Where are the editable templates?
Only uploaded files are available for download. The application examples in the manual are references, not editable originals. The brand administrator can upload approved presentations, letterheads, campaign masters and other source files through Brand administration.
How does sign-in work?
This version uses Sign in with ChatGPT and a separate HSA approval step. It is currently a private review site. HSA employee single sign-on is not connected. Wider agency access requires the site’s sharing policy to be configured.
What if access expires or is revoked?
Download permission is checked on every request. Expired or revoked users cannot download new files. Previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
What if the manual contains conflicting guidance?
Ask HSA Corporate Communications to resolve the conflict. The colour chapter flags an inconsistent positive-green value; no replacement value has been presented as an approved standard.
